Dr. Michael Kim

Michael Kim, DDS, aims to provide optimum and appropriate dental care for patients of all ages at his practice in Mequon, Wisconsin. Although providing preventive and general dental care is a priority, he also emphasizes restoring teeth to a healthy state so you look your best and your bite feels natural.

A native of Mequon, Dr. Kim graduated from Marquette University High School and then Marquette University. He continued his postgraduate education at Marquette University School of Dentistry. His first practice was located in Fox Point, Wisconsin, and, after outgrowing the location, he moved back to open a state-of-the-art facility in Mequon. He is always avidly pursuing continuing education to meet the needs of his patients. He greatly values the personal relationships and trust he develops with his patients as he takes the time to get to know every patient individually.

Dr. Kim is active in the community as a member of the Mequon Thiensville Sunrise Rotary Club. He also participates with the Crown Council in the yearly Smiles for Life fundraiser, which raises money for children’s charities by donating the proceeds of teeth-whitening services. He’s a fan of science fiction. Dr. Kim is also married with 4 beautiful children.

Dr. Melissa Lentz

Melissa Lentz, DDS, is focused on providing excellent service and compassionate dental care to all patients. Dentistry is truly her passion and she enjoys helping her patients build beautiful smiles through cosmetic and restorative procedures. She is interested in cosmetic dentistry, sleep and airway management and is an Invisalign Certified Provider.
Dr. Lentz is a graduate of Fairfield University in Connecticut where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University. Dr. Lentz has practiced in the Milwaukee area and has experience with patients of all ages. She is excited to be practicing with Dr. Michael Kim in Mequon.

As a published researcher, she prides herself on practicing evidence-based dentistry. She works to pursue the most up-to-date techniques and procedures through continuing education. She is a dedicated member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Washington Ozaukee County Dental Society.

Dr. Lentz was born and raised outside of Chicago and proudly resides in Mequon with her husband and 2 children. Dr. Lentz is an avid community member. She is a volunteer with the Junior Women’s Club of Mequon/ Thiensville and sits on the board. She is a volunteer dentist with Team Smile and Freedom Day.

In her time outside of the office, Dr. Lentz enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
